How AZAA looks after your information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we keep

The details you give us to run your account (your name, email and phone), and the business records you put into AZAA: customers, invoices, expenses, bank lines, staff and payroll, bookings and uploaded documents.

Who can see it

Only people you invite to your business, with the role you give them. Every business is kept completely separate. AZAA staff do not browse your records; our admin screen shows account facts only (plan, trial dates, how many users).

Your customers' information

You are the responsible party for the personal information of your customers, staff and the children in your care. Collect only what you need (AZAA asks only for what its tools use) and keep it up to date.

Links you share

Invoice, quote, booking and family links contain a long random code. Anyone with the link can open that page, so share each link only with the person it is for.

Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, connections are encrypted, sign-in attempts are rate-limited, and databases are backed up daily.

Your rights

Download all of your business data at any time (Reports, then Accountant pack). Ask us to correct or delete your account information and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
