Everything that eats your evenings, handled.

Simple enough for your first week in business. Strong enough for your accountant.

Get paid faster

Send quotes and invoices on WhatsApp. Customers see your bank details, tap “I've paid”, and accept quotes from their phone. Friendly reminders write themselves.

Your bank, sorted in minutes

Import the CSV from FNB, Capitec, Absa, Nedbank or Standard Bank. AZAA matches payments to invoices, recognises Engen, Eskom and Vodacom, and learns your rules.

Know what's coming

A Business Health score, a 13-week cash forecast and a “today” list that tells you exactly what needs you — before it becomes a problem.

Payroll the SA way

PAYE, UIF and SDL worked out from the SARS tables, payslips on WhatsApp, and your EMP201 total ready for the 7th.

Bookings 24/7

Your own booking page and QR poster. Clients choose a service and a time; you confirm with one tap and they get a WhatsApp.

Slips, VAT and your accountant

Snap slips with your camera, see VAT owing for your VAT201, and give your bookkeeper their own login — or download everything in one zip.

Ask your business anything.

Ask AZAA answers from your own records and shows how it worked it out. It never guesses your numbers.

Questions

Do I need to be good with computers or accounting?

No. AZAA speaks plain English, works on your phone, and tells you what to do next each morning. Your accountant can still log in and see the detail.

Is my data safe? What about POPIA?

Each business is completely separate, passwords are never stored in readable form, and only the people you invite can see your records. You can download everything at any time, and nobody at AZAA browses your books.

Which banks work?

Any bank that lets you download a CSV statement — FNB, Capitec, Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, TymeBank, Discovery and more. Importing the same statement twice is safe.

Does AZAA handle VAT and SARS payroll?

Yes. Switch on VAT and invoices become tax invoices with 15% VAT; AZAA shows your VAT for the period. Payroll works out PAYE, UIF and SDL and gives you the EMP201 total. Always confirm submissions with your accountant.

What happens after the free trial?

Choose a plan and pay by EFT or PayShap. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and you can still export everything.

Can I have more than one business?

Yes. One login, as many businesses as you run, each with its own team and records.
